What is your payment method?

After your project is complete, you will receive an invoice from In The Pines Creative through Freshbooks. Fixed rate projects require a 50% deposit to commence the design. The other 50% will be due after the project is completed. Once final payment is received,  files are delivered, or the website is launched.

What is my level of involvement in any design services as a client?

We want our clients to be involved from the start! Before we begin the design process, we have a Discovery Meeting with our clients to figure out what they like and what they don't. During the design process, we go through stages of approval from the client so we can ensure we are moving in the right direction.

What do you charge?

Final pricing depends on the type of project and the size of that project. If you decide to hire In The Pines Creative on a hourly basis, most projects will be at $65/hour. Whether you decide on a hourly rate or fixed rate, we ensure that you are getting the best deal and we work to stay within your budget. Contact us to get a customized proposal!

What happens if I am not satisfied with the service?

We have a Discovery Meeting with our client before we begin a project. At this meeting we make sure that our style matches your expectations. If down the road you are not satisfied, you will not be required to pay the remaining project amount. However, you will not be refunded the 50% deposit or any amount for hours already performed.
